Position 1  Facility Manager      

 KEY RESPONSIBILITY

 1     Set up and push to the equipment management objective on the base of    & customer facility development requirement;

 2     Master safety procedure deeply and implement safety work permits strictest and efficiently in order to fulfill safety target:

    TF1=0, TF2＜3,

    Study potential safety risks and form efficient plan to avoid similar safety accidents happened;

 3     Set up and implement 5S and visual management deeply in order to make responsible area in good order, which is the foundation of team construction.

 4     Push real patrol job and PM in plant, follow up and optimize the patrol & PM result strongly, reduce CCR work and emergency work(Call-in times);

 5     Carry on potential risks analyze in order to avoid risks existed in spare-parts, maintenance and operation;

 6     Set up equipment technology information system (PDCA about facility maintenance and CCR, malfunction optimization, etc);To use system well and develop servicing quality efficiently.

 7     Make all facility management activity to be fitted to local government rules, customer and    management rule;

 8     Train maintenance persons with    way and train personal skill continuously in order to develop   their performance step by step.

 9     Understand the customer requirement accurately, serve customer timely and with high quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

 10    College graduate above.

 11    10 years experience on maintenance, 5 years maintenance management experience in similar foreign   company.

 12       Fluent English in writing and oral.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY

Report to    facility manager.

Position 2  Ventilation Engineer 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

 1     On the support from site manager to organize and execute the professional fixing and operation job in ventilation aspect (including special equipment management).

 2     Think about the current situation of ventilation facility, find and dispel with potential risks efficiently（Caused with spare-parts, maintenance and operation）；For special equipment, it’s necessary to make all management activity fitted for Chian and Company management rule.

 3     Set up , implement and optimize the PM in ventilation aspect(especially to set up and implement integrity plan in ventilation aspect);For special equipment, it’s necessary to carry on yearly examination and determined maintenance job by qualified contractor

 4     Arrange technical study to develop the ability of relative maintenance  persons in ventilation aspect；

 5     Develop teamwork within plant to fulfill all job fluency;

 6     Make the objective technology report after job finishing(Especially for malfunction aspect);

 7     Set up patrol standard in ventilation aspect and involved in daily rounds-inspection, to find problem and resolve them timely;

HSE RESPONSIBILITY

 8     Comply with HSE of the company，On the requirement of WP authorized person to implement work permit system strictly, ensure all activities must be in accordance with safety rules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

 9     Junior college graduates.

 10   Servicing work experience in electricity aspect for 5 years

 11       Good English writing skill and general oral skill.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY

 12    Report to maintenance leader.
